Jack checked in to a sleep lab this week – and after strapping electrodes to him and measuring his brain waves – the results are in.

Afte 10 years of struggling with sleep issues, he’s been diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea! And he was actually pretty chuffed about it.

Why? Because sleep apnea is treatable with this machine.

A CPAP machine, which stands for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure machine is a medical device that allows people with sleep apnea to breathe more easily and consistently throughout the night, leading to better sleep and reduced symptoms such as loud snoring and excessive daytime sleepiness.

This was such a hot topic for our listeners and so many of you got in touch to say that after finding out they had sleep apnea this machine changed their life.

We even tried to buy a few to giveaway as a prizes but umm, it turns you need a prescription. Oh well!
