Lionsgate has just unleashed the first trailer for Guy Ritchie’s upcoming World War II thriller, starring Henry Cavill, titled The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. This cinematic venture draws inspiration from recently declassified files of the British War Department, revealing a covert team of military mavericks handpicked by none other than Prime Minister Winston Churchill.

Discover the first special forces mission in history! This motley crew of rogues embarks on a daring mission against the Nazis, employing entirely unconventional and delightfully ‘ungentlemanly’ fighting techniques. The audacity of their approach not only alters the very course of the war but lays the foundation for the British SAS and the modern era of Black Ops warfare. Interestingly, among the members of this clandestine group is none other than Ian Fleming, the creative mind behind the iconic James Bond novels.

Reuniting the dynamic duo of Ritchie and Cavill, who previously wowed audiences in 2015’s The Man from U.N.C.L.E., the star-studded cast of The Ministry includes Eiza González, Alan Ritchson, Alex Pettyfer, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Babs Olusanmokun, Henrique Zaga, Til Schweiger, Henry Golding, and Cary Elwes. Penned by the talented team of Paul Tamasy, Eric Johnson, Arash Amel, and Ritchie, the film promises an electrifying blend of historical intrigue and unorthodox heroism.

The film is set to hit the cinema on April 19th!
