Victoria has been hammered by fierce winds, heavy rain and thunderstorms overnight.
Winds of up to 107km/hr were recorded at Mt Hotham, while Melbourne saw winds of up to 90km/hr and rainfall up to 15mm.
There have been reports of some trees being brought down and property damage in the west.
Melbourne is expected to only reach a top of 19 degrees today, down from a top of 29 on Sunday.
