Victoria has recorded two new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours – the first time since June 8. Both cases are in Melbourne, one is linked to a known outbreak and one is under investigation.

There have been no new deaths recorded overnight.

There are 157 active cases across the state, including 14 in aged care settings.

14 Victorians are in hospital with none in ICU.

Over 16,000 tests were conducted yesterday. 4,931 tests were taken in Shepparton.

Melbourne’s 14-day rolling average is now 8.7. Regional Victoria’s 14-day rolling average remains at 0.6.
