Victoria has recorded 3 new cases of Coronavirus. One is connected to the northern suburbs outbreak and was in quarantine. The other two are under investigation and could potentially be ‘shedding’ the virus rather than new infections.

The cases are located in the Casey, Bundoora and Darebin government areas.

There have been no new deaths.

There are now 76 active cases across the state. There are no cases in regional Victoria.

Five Victorians are in hospital.

Over 24,000 tests were conducted yesterday.

Melbourne’s rolling 14-day average is now 2.4. Regional Victoria’s average remains at 0.
