It’s not just you, it was bloody freezing this morning.

The Melbourne metro area got to 3 degrees at 6:46am – the lowest the mercury has been for all of 2019 (and the coldest since August 29 last year), Senior Forecaster at the Bureau of Meteorology Michael Efron told the Herald Sun.

It got even colder out in the suburbs with Scoresby hitting 0.2C, 1C at Laverton, 1.2C at Moorabbin and -0.2 at Melbourne Airport.

Don’t fret though, the sun’s on its way out and it’ll warm up today to a pleasant 13 degrees
