Life just got a whole lot easier.

Qantas is giving away frequent flyer points, and all you have to do is SLEEP!

Sounds like a lie, right?


The Qantas Wellbeing app wants to encourage members to have healthy sleeping habits, and it’s rewarding good behaviour with points.

All you have to do is put down your phone, and not touch it again until the morning!

If successful, then you’ll have earnt 5 Qantas Points.


The app already offers members points for being active, with walking, swimming and cycling.

The only catch with the sleeping points, is that you can earn 5 points per night for one month, and then it will drop down to 0.5 points per night unless you have Qantas Health Insurance.

Still… that’s quite the incentive!
