With an extension to its already massive product range in the works, and a big shake up to its online presence, Bunnings is ready to take on Amazon!

It’s no secret that Bunnings is the new IKEA… I mean, Bunnings really is the place to be. Whether you’re a homo reno’ superstar, a thrifty Mum or a dawn-rising tradie, there is no place like Bunnings!

The retail giant has just announced a massive update – it’s going online and in a bigger way than you think.

Starting next month, Bunnings will launch a digital platform allowing customers to shop from home and have items delivered to their doorstep.

Revealing that customers will have access to over 60,000 products, this is every hardware enthusiasts ‘click-and-collect’ dream.

On top of this, Bunnings have announced Marketlink – a new online marketplace which will give customers access to a wider range of home and lifestyle goods selling as much as 8000 products.

Bunnings.com.au is the third most visited shopping and classified site in Australia. Managing Director Mike Schneider said, “Marketlink will feature a wide variety of products, including well-known brands, that are not currently available in Bunnings stores.

“This is about creating a highly curated range of products that extends and complements our in-store range, creating a one-stop shop for our customers’ home and lifestyle needs — everything from the front gate to the back fence,” he continued.

With a tentative launch date set for November, we can’t wait to see how Bunnings new online showroom blossoms!
