The Easter weekend is going to be crucial in lowering the spread of coronavirus in Australia. With more restrictions in place and police out in force to make sure everyone is doing the right thing, the message could not be any more clear: stay home.
It turns out there will be another reason to stay behind closed doors. It turns out, we’re in for quite a cold shock!
The Bureau of Meteorology predicts that whilst Good Friday will be a partly cloudy 23 degree day, we’ll see a cold front come through on Saturday which will give us a rude awakening.
Temperatures will plummet to just 16 degrees with a high chance of showers throughout the day, with a possible thunderstorm. We could even get hail!
Sunday will ease up with a slightly cooler day before we see a little more sunshine on Monday.
All the good weather is going away for the weekend? And then coming back next week?! Isn’t that convenient!
