Victoria Police were out in force once again issuing 89 fines in the past 24 hours to those who were caught breaching stay at home directives.

Among the latest was a Geelong man who was on a train in Frankston. The man was intoxicated when he was slapped with a fine of $1,652.

Police also fined the owner of a Frankston massage parlour that was operating non-essential services. Two people inside the parlour were also issued fines.
