George Michael’s boyfriend Fadi Fawaz has been cleared of any wrongdoing over the late singer’s death.

Earlier this year, there were reports that the hairdresser had been quizzed for five hours about the WHAM! singers death in December.

However, London’s Thames Valley Police has now said ‘We are satisfied that there are no suspicious circumstances.’

Fardi had been under suspicion after it was revealed he slept in his car before finding the 53-year-old dead on Christmas Day.

There was never any suggestion by police that he had done anything wrong but George’s death was being treated as ‘non-suspicious, though unexplained,’ so Fardi was questioned as a result.

The Senior Coroner for the Oxfordshire police has yet to open an inquest into the popstars death.

No funeral has been organised as yet.
