IKEA is not the type of company to rest easy on it’s success.
And ahead of the launch of it’s online store, expected sometime around Christmas, the furniture giant is planning on changing a couple of aspects of the business.
As it stands, consumers can buy just one classification of the self -assembly style furniture, with the only option usually being the colour.
However moving forward IKEA will offer varying levels of quality and options on certain products meaning consumers can achieve a high end look without breaking the bank.
IKEA is also improving the quality of their products in a move that’s aimed at tempting older customers into their stores.
By upping the choice and quality of their products IKEA hope to remain at the top of their game, while beating off stiff competition from the likes of H&M, Zara and Next
