Kate will give birth at St Mary’s Hospital – the same hospital as Prince George entered the world – which has been subject to a host of media and royal superfans camping out throughout this week.
The Duchess of Cambridge was one week past her due date before entering labour today.
A team of highly sought after medical professionals will oversee the childbirth, led by Mr Guy Thorpe-Beeston – who also had a hand in delivering baby George almost two years ago.
Already some interesting commentary has been posted on social media, as the high profile birth takes place.
