One of the most critically acclaimed series is coming back for another season!

The Handmaid’s Tale has been renewed for a FOURTH season before the third has even wrapped up.

The series announced the news over Twitter, tweeting “You did this, Resistors.”

“Praise Be.”



The series is based on the 1985 novel of the same name, by author Margaret Atwood, and since its initial release in 2017 has become one of the most popular drama series.

It’s picked up heaps of Emmys, and this year it’s been nominated for a total of 11. These include Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series, and Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series, and Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series.

The Emmy’s will take place on September 22.
