With the recent Germanwings tragedy, it can be difficult to remember that there’s still good in the world.

During a flight from Spain to England on Monday, a pilot was handed this letter from a passenger, and it’s a simple thank you note to voice appreciation.

Bethanie’s note was shared to Twitter by Jai Dillon, a colleague of the pilot, where it has been retweeted thousands of times.
“They were incredibly happy,” Dillon told news.com.au. “I feel that the positive message was worth spreading.”
