32 year-old Erik G. Sorto who has been paralyzed from the neck down for about 12 years is now able to command a robot arm using brain implants that can read his intentions.

He can control the arm to shake hands, play “rock, paper, scissors” and as this video shows, pick up and drink a beverage without spilling a drop!

“I was surprised at how easy it was,” Sorto said in a statement. “I remember just having this out-of-body experience, and I wanted to just run around and high-five everybody.”

How incredible is that?
