Ex-Supermodel Miranda Kerr arrived from Los Angeles earlier this month and was required by law to hotel quarantine for 14 days, however she was granted exemption and allowed to home-isolate instead.
Kerr received an official warning from the police after they checked-in on her at her $7.5 million estate in Rothbury.
According to the Herald Sun, police confirmed that “under the terms of an approved NSW Health exemption, she was allowed to leave the property for a specific purpose.”
“The woman was required to complete a notification process prior to leaving the address, however, the process was not followed and she was issued with a warning,” the police statement said.
However there was a misunderstanding on what exactly the notification process was and Kerr left her house before fulfilling it, to visit a relative in palliative care.
The police were notified and went in to check, finding her estate empty.
They returned at a later date to issue the warning.
