James Packer’s former wife Jodhi Meares will apply for an apprehended violence order against her fiance, former Noiseworks singer Jon Stevens in a Sydney court on Thursday.

The AVO stems from an incident at the couple’s Point Piper home on Monday, in which police were called reports Fairfax Media.

The matter is listed for mention in Waverley Local Court on Thursday morning.

Model turned designer Meares was last August fines $1100 and disqualified from driving for a year after pleading guilty to a drink driving charge in the same court. 

The 43 year old blew 0.081 and had to be rescued from her Range Rover after smashing into three parked cars in Bellevue Hills in June.  

A statement has been released from Jodhi’s lawyer saying “she is totally without fear or concerns in relation to any future conduct by the subject of the application Jon Stevens. I am also instructed by my client that there is absolutely no history of violence in the relationship between them.”
