Your favourite 90’s teen slasher flick is getting a second life… and we’re not sure how to feel about it.

While there’s been chatter around a movie remake of 1997’s I Know What You Did Last Summer, it seems that it’ll instead be adapted into a TV series.

There’s sweet little info about it, but what we do know is that James Wan, who produced some pretty solid horror such as Saw, Annabelle, Insidious, The Conjuring and The Nun, will be directing and Shay Hatten, one of the co-writers of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, will script it out.

And yeah, we’re pretty doubtful that I Know What You Did Last Summer alumni, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Freddie Prinze Jr and Ryan Phillippe won’t be part of the TV version, but we’ll let you know if that changes.
