Dan Aykroyd is looking for a few good bluesmen.

The actor, singer, comedian and radio host has teamed with his late partner John Belushi’s widow, Judy, on Blues Brothers Records, a blues specialty label that will be distributed by Blue Note. That company’s president, bassist and record producer Don Was, will handle the A&R chores for the company, which has yet to sign any artists.

Aykroyd tells Billboard that he plans to “lay back and suggest things and let Don do what he does best for the first year or two. But who’s to say? I always want to find the next Gary Clark Junior.”
