Victorian Woolworths Evacuated After Customer Starts A Fire

The CFA was this morning called to a Woolworth's store in Mooroopna.

A fire was started deliberately in the aisle of the store and caused an estimated $2 million worth of damages.

All staff and shoppers were evacuated safely, and two were treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation.

The fire is being treated as suspicious and will continue to be investigated by police. 

The store will be closed for more than a week at this stage.
