Police Officers Have Raided Channel 9's A Current Affair
Police have raided the offices of A Current Affair.
Shocked staff members were asked to leave the Sydney studios as seven New South Wales Police officers entered the offices armed with evidence bags on Thursday morning.
It is not clear what the police were looking for during the raid.
Channel 9 has confirmed that the raid was taking placed and said they are co-operating with police.
“There are police there (at ACA offices) and they are investigating,” Nine’s head of publicity Victoria Buchan told news.com.au. “We are co-operating.”
The issue is believed to be a personal matter and is not in association with the TV show.
