Man Wanted After A Spate Of Armed Robberies Across Melbourne

Victoria Police have released CCTV vision of a man they believe can help with enquiries over a series of armed robberies in Melbourne.

The Altona North Embona Taskforce detectives are investigating robberies in Maribyrnong and Braybrook.

A man entered a Braybrook restaurant on Ashley Street, just after 8:30pm on the 24th of November.

This unknown man was carrying a firearm, and threatened staff members before stealing cash and fleeing on a bicycle.

Investigators believe the same man went to a service station on Williamsons Road in Maribyrnong, at around 10:15pm on the 27th of November.

In a similar way, the man produced a firearm and demanded staff give him cash.

After stealing the cash he was spotted cycling west on Williamson Road.

Investigators believe these two incidents are related further robberies committed in Hampstead Road in Maribyrnong on both the 30th September and 17th October 2018.
