Former Top Gear Host Knocked Out In SECOND Horror Crash
Former Top Gear co-host Richard Hammond has been involved in a second horror crash that left him lying, unconscious, on a remote road in Africa.
The 47-year-old reportedly came off a motorbike in Mozambique while filming for a TV show, hitting his head and knocking himself out.
Hammond's co-star Jeremy Clarkson told The Sun that he "really did hurt himself quite badly" in the smash.
A sourced added: "Richard was travelling quite fast when he came off. It caused instant horror on set.
"There was a lot of concern.
"If his injuries had been serious, it wouldn't have been easy to get medical attention.
"It's very remote there and facilities are basic."

The memory of Hammond's last crash, when he almost died in a 463 km/h collision 11 years ago, was also still fresh in the crew's mind, the source explained.
"The lads are known for having a laugh on set but Richard's previous accident is fresh in their minds," they continued. "They were all shaken by the latest incident.
"But now they know Richard is fine, they are back to jokes and banter."
Doctors say Richard Hammond suffered no damage to his brain in his bike crash. Because he hasn't got one.
