Dozens Of Taxi Drivers Fined At Melbourne Airport
Dozens of taxi drivers were fined by plain clothed police officers posing as customers at Melbourne Airport.
The drivers were fined for refusing to take fares of a short distance. One taxi driver was also spotted driving while suspended.
The details were posted to the Hume Police Service Area Facebook page, and the post has been liked over 7000 times, and shared over 800 times.
Hume Highway Patrol officers received complaints about the issue, and performed the police sting on Friday.
