Missing Two Hours Sleep Is Just As Bad As Drink Driving

We've heard it before 'make sure your get your beauty sleep', but a new study from the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety has shown why a good night’s sleep is not only good for skin health, but can also prevent dangerous driving.

The study claims that people who get only five to six hours of shut eye each night, double their chances of having an accident.

People who sleep four to five hours are not only likely to be cranky AF, but quadruple their chances, which is the same risk associated with drink driving.

So missing just two hours of sleep can be just as bad as drinking after a boozy night out. Who knew?!

Meanwhile, the National Sleep Foundation recommends 7-9 hours of sleep each night.
