Jon Bon Jovi's NYC Pad cost almost $13 million
He’ll always be a proud New Jersey guy, but Jon Bon Jovi reportedly just dropped $12.87 million on a New York City condo.
According to city records obtained by the New York Post, Jon purchased a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom unit at 150 Charles Street in the West Village. The sale wasn’t yet confirmed by the sales team that’s marketing the building, but the name on the deed reportedly matches Jon’s birth name, Jon Bongiovi.
The Post reports that the building has 40,000 square feet of private green space, a private covered driveway, a 75-foot lap pool, and a lounge.
The new pad sounds luxurious, but it’s also a lot smaller than Jon’s previous Manhattan digs. He owned a six-bedroom penthouse in SoHo before selling it this spring for $34 million.
