Stills & Young Together On Stage
Stephen Stills and Neil Young revisited their Buffalo Springfield roots Saturday night when they took the stage together at a benefit concert at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles.
Stills and Young performed a nine-song set that included "Long May You Run" and their Buffalo Springfield hits "Mr. Soul," "Bluebird" and "For What It's Worth," according to the Los Angeles Times.
The event was the third annual Light Up the Blues benefit concert. Stills and his wife, Kristen, organize the event, which raises funds for Autism Speaks, an organization that supports research and advocacy for people affected by the disorder and their families.
The charity event also featured performances by Steve Earle and Shawn Colvin and a guitar auction that was won by Brad Pitt. The actor bid $23,000 for a Fender Stratocaster that was signed by all the performers.
The benefit concert ended with the performers singing Young's "Rockin' in the Free World."
