Jamie Dornan Has Some Bad News For Fifty Shade Fans
We have some bad news for Fifty Shades fans. Or at least Mr Grey himself, Jamie Dornan, does.
The star has ruled out returning to the series for any future films telling fans he’s done with the series “forever”.
When asked about a potential fourth instalment of the Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey saga, Dornan was adamant he was done with his alter-ego.
Talking to The Sun, the Irish actor said after filming the final two movies he’s ready to move on.
“We have done two movies back to back now, and I’m actually finished with it. I’ve done Fifty Shades forever,” he said.
“I move on very fast in my mind. As much as from the outside people think you are synonymous with one character, but I’m very much like, ‘Right, that’s done’ and move on to the next project and worry about that character.”
While the 34-year-old may have ruled himself, it doesn’t mean the end of Fifty Shades.
The final two flicks of the trilogy are still to be released with filming of the series finally wrapping up last month.
They are expected to hit cinemas ahead of Valentine’s Day 2017 and 2018 – two years after the first instalment.
Rumours have been abound that this time round fans will get to see a lot more of Dornan on screen – aka the full monty.
When asked if it was true however, the actor teased fans refusing to give a definite answer.
“The truth is that I don’t know the answer to that. You’ll have to wait and see,” he told ET Online.
